What information we collect

Through the enquiry form. When you choose “Open secure audit form”, you leave this website and complete a form hosted by Zoho Forms. It asks for your business name, your name, your business email address, your mobile number (with country code), your country, your city or region, your business category, your main sales challenge, your preferred contact method (email, phone call or WhatsApp), an optional website address, optional further details and your acknowledgement of this policy.

If you contact us directly. If you email, call or message us, we receive the details you choose to send.

Technical information. This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request in order to deliver and secure the website.

Please do not include customer lists, sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential financial records in an enquiry.

Why we use it

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. GoDaddy provides our domain name and business email service.

These providers process information on our behalf and under their own terms. The Zoho form page is provided by Zoho and has its own privacy notice and cookies.

International transfers

Saajha Udaan Products Private Limited is based in India. Enquiry information submitted through the form is held in our Zoho Forms account, which uses Zoho’s India region, and is accessed by us in India. Enquiry records in Zoho CRM are held in the data region of our Zoho account. Our own team accesses enquiry information from India only; our service providers may process information in other locations under their own terms. How long we keep it
